Nose : some oak.
Palate : bitter a bit. Fruit in background at this point. Tannic. Should be good in a few years.

Heavy Madagascar vanilla oak influence and probably only reason this thing is still kicking. Dense red and blue fruits alive and well. Mellow and good with an 8 hr crock pot, meat heavy bolognese.

Had the 13’ and wow! Dark red and full bodied. Just great !
