Lots of vanilla and baking spice with peach skin, almond, and golden raisin. Palate isn’t as full or fleshy as the nose suggests and the finish proves to be long with salty minerality. This is delicious now but in it for the long haul. Would love to try again in five+ years.

A very well-balanced Italian Chardonnay. Aromas of wet stone, mineral, and oak. The oak is present on the palate, but not overpowering. This wine has a nice minerality to it, and a subtle hint of tree fruit. There is a bit of rubbery astringency to the finish, but in the best way.
