Prickle on the tongue, high acidity. Kiwi and green melon tasting notes. Initial taste was earthy and very green. Immediately enjoyed. Was not paired with anything, just an easy sunny-gardening afternoon drink.

Dry Italian white. Mild-medium acid. Straw, apricots. Made pasta with a white wine, garlic, artichoke, capers and it paired well. But it is magical with parmesan.
