Negroamaro fruit, deep Ruby red color with aromas of ripe berry fruit and earthy herb spice. On the palate flavors of plums and raisins, savory with oak and spicy notes. Dusty medium tannins, ending savory with fruit, oak and mineral spice. Drink now!

Dark ruby. Shy inviting nose and full-bodied palate of black cranberry and blackberry with a bit of patent leather mid palate to moderate finish. Medium minus acidity and medium minus tannins (that do show a bit more after some time) make this more a cigar or sipping wine than one built for meals. I spicy beef dish might work well, though. Drink now.

A big bold wine. Dark cherry, plum, seems like the tannins came out more as it opened up. Paired great with marinara baked chicken over spaghetti squash.
