Stage 7 of #tourdefrance 2017 enters my favorite region of Burgundy. Never had this NSG before. Very light in color with mineral and strong cherry flavors. Overall light and pleasant. Probably a bit young to pick up secondary complexity. Great with pork chops.

Wow. Still needs to be decanted. BOLD flavors of olive wood and smoked meat. Savory umami off the charts…. Terroir firmly in place. Medium finish. Drink it now

Just OK. Over all i must concede for the most part I had not a good wine from this negotiant/producer and consider them sub par. Will try a Grand Cru next.
