2010. Not stellar, but a good value nonetheless.

This is really terrific. One of the best Chablis I've ever tasted. This bottling is from Sevrin's personal vineyards, not the Domaine. While at a small estate Burgundy tasting I expressed my dismay at the rep not having a Chablis. She just happened to have a bottle is this in her purse and let me try it. While I don't remember specifics from such a small taste, there was a very distinctive mineral and flint quality that was perfectly balanced with a lush roundness. Both wonderfully traditional AND delightfully distinctive. Can't wait to buy a case!!

Solid Chablis. Plenty of tart green fruit, slightly unripe but still creamy. Medium finish. Paired beautifully with Green Hill.

Pleasantly surprised. Previously quite reduced, albeit with nice texture. Now after being open for two days some lemon curd fruit is coming out to play with the oyster shells. Love that Chablis acid.

Melon/honey nose, nice balance and similar notes on the tongue. Good but lacks some complexity.

レモン色。抜栓直後ばあっさりだったが、だんだんと深みが出てくる。ほのかな樽香。
