Feb 27th, 2023Just loving the French GC’s as they represent a departure from the “cash n flash” Cali chards. Clean, fresh and tense with perfect acidity. Grapefruit and apricots meld with a hint of honied sweetness. Untouchable in terms of the expression of the varietal.

Jan 30th, 2023Slightly muted nose, in part because we like our whites served on the cooler side, but did detect peach and white flowers. The palate delivers a huge surprise… perfectly balanced, with a precise structure and acidity. No bitterness, just minerality (flintstone) and sweet stone fruits. But we loved the fact that the oak treatment was undetectable, which enables the beauty of the wine to come center-stage. Easily a case buy.
