Espresso martini affogato.

Deep velvet and pure Cab on the nose. The cork was a delight to for the nostrils. Lighter than expected on the palate and limited depth for a Napa Cab. Peppery to start with berry breaking daylight as it opened up. Creative and ambitious approach. Enjoyed after a visit to the Newark Cherry Blossoms.
