I hope everyone is well? Tonight I have opened the 2017 Maison Roy & Fils Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley Dundee Hills, Oregon made with organic grapes.
On the nose there is bing cherry, raspberry, clove, floral notes, a good funk, mint, wet leaves and forest floor.
On the palate there is bing cherry, raspberry, cranberry, clove, spice, vanilla, violet and forest floor.
This wine is medium bodied with medium to + acidity and medium to + fine tannins that seamlessly move into a long tart berry finish. Please everyone as we move into this weekend stay healthy and safe. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷
