What not buy again

Tart red cherries,subtle strawberries and raspberries. Mild tannin. Fairly smooth and simple. Lacks a distinctive backbone/complexity. Improved over the course of a few hours.

Tonight’s bottle is part of our weekly Pinot and Pizza pairing. Maison Roche de Bellene Pinot from Bourgogne, sure why not?!?

Very bright. Pops. Very fluid. Awesome with salmon

An above average, low priced pinot. A bit of funk. Our house pinot.
