Hunters come into the cabin and we roast the kill with a glass of this- BIG- herb, smoke and choco nibs. Decant or air for a few hours.

Liked this quite a bit. Elevated and high acidity but still fruity. Could have waited a couple years

Digging this. Northern Rhone all the way. Took a bit to open up, but was really singing at the end. Crazy spice notes.

Intense black pepper, charcoal, leather, dried cherries + super tannic and dry. Very good wine, needs a meaty meal with it. It opened up a lot after about an hour of decanting

Peppery and smokey. Tasted this with the ladies of Planet Wine and my colleague. This wine... Beauty.
Little bit of brett, but I definitely don’t mind.
