2017 vintage. Very fragrant and floral. Little bit of stemmy herbal-ness going on in the nose. Red and purple flowers: hibiscus, lilac, violet, rose petals, raspberry, peach melba, wild strawberry, green tea, lavender, tarragon. Tastes a lot like a good cru Beaujolais.

Compelling. First Tasmanian wine I’ve ever had. Super fresh fruit. Would love some tuna steak with this.
