Great choice for mimosas, wonderful on its own.

What better way to celebrate the Resurrection than with a wonderful bottle of Champagne?

Classic nose and palate of grand houses Champagne at half the price. Yeah, brioche straw balanced lively acidic yet creamy with long pleasant finish. Stood up to Evan’s spicy Mexican rice. Inauguration drink so half bottle gone! Sure sign of a good Champagne: still excellent the second day sealed with Champagne closure and bubbles mostly gone. JR mystery offer

Pale straw color. Aromas of biscuit, dried fruit, butterscotch and caramel bananas. Delicious flavors of dried apples, figs with a crisp, delicate small bubbles- salted peanuts, molasses cake- loads of dried fruit. Lovely. Happy New year!

Great yeasty & bready notes with an amazing acidity to match. At 18$ a bottle it’s hard to beat.
