2012 vintage. Paired with Washington oysters and just drop dead perfect. Shimmering gold in the glass with aromas of salinity (oyster shell?) sea salt, pineapple and exotic fruits that blew off shortly after being poured. There's a soft acidity to the entire wine that keeps it from being too zingy like sauvignon blanc, yet I still get an underripe pineapple on the palate. Beautiful chablis.

Incredible QPR with this wine. Very bright and crisp, beautiful citrus and acid with a slight almond and pie crust thing going on. For the price this is very hard to beat! Paired amazing with goat cheese and crostini.
