2008, Maison Champy, Les Tuvilains , Premier Cru, Beaune, Pinot Noir. 4th wine of the night, paired with the Coq Au Vin. As expected, much darker ruby color, black fruit in addition to red fruit. Some new oak and hints of herbs, forest floor aromas.This was the favorite wine of the night.
