Tried again over dinner 3 month later. Tons of minerals. The classic hazelnut complexity of white burgundy is omnipresent. Meyer-Lemon, touch bitter, bracing acidity. 13.5% high for a white. Has a bite. Quite tannic. This can easily be aged for another 5 years may be more. Too bad these wines are so expensive. In a Restaurant this will be 250.
