Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Each wine in the series is named for a horse born to Maggy Hawk: Jolie, Afleet, Stormin’ and Unforgettable, and to her sire, Hawkster. Medium Ruby color with aromas of berry fruits with notes of dried herbs, citrus and woody spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry, cranberry and cherry with espresso, vanilla and herb tea spice, well balanced with acidity. Fine soft tannins on a long finish ending with cacao, spices and slight earthy character. Very nice!

Shows a deep and resonating ruby red hue. The nose brings all things cherry; black cherry, red cherry, cherry cola, etc. Medium bodied the wine exhibits raspberry, bing cherry, plum and earthy mushrooms. The tannins are fine but firm and the finish is long and laced with tart pomegranate and anise!

Vibrant nose of raspberries, wild strawberries, cola, and a lithe little vein of minerality from this 100% Pomnard clone. On the palate superfine tannins, a luxurious finish of crème and nutmeg.

An elegant Anderson Valley Pinot. Soft floral and cherry hints with some nice earthiness on the nose. Solid Cherry and plum flavors on the palate in a very delicate fashion. Nice structure leaning a little bit to the acidic side. A very good wine.
