Balanced start to finish, wanted it to linger longer in the plate in a good way. Strong initially on the tongue but immediate fills out so it isn’t offensive. Good tannins that persisted throughout the sip to swallow.

Enjoyed again with pork tenderloin.
Very nice Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles with rack of lamb ($21). Vibrant fruit flavors, well rounded and balanced.

Consumed 02/2024. It has intense flavors and plush mouth fill, and a deep color. Ripe blackberry and dark cherry flavors are complemented by spicy oak from barrel aging. Enjoy with grilled steaks as well as hearty pastas. I had it with a steak and it was really good. I tried drinking it by itself, and did not like it as well.
