Much better after a day open in the fridge. Medium+ viscosity, golden straw in color. Fresh oak on the nose, with other notes of honeysuckle, rubbing alcohol, white flowers. Palette sees oak, roasted green apples, medium+ acid, long finish of medium+ complexity. This is a solid wine ready to drink now, but even better in the making. I think will be better in a few years, to give everything time to integrate and complexity..
