Today the wines are crafted with care by winemaker Susan Doyle, with a gentle approach that gets the best out of Pinot Noir. Dark fruit aromas with baking spice notes. On the palate complex layered flavors of cherry, blueberry and cranberry flavors with a gentle touch of nuttiness and cedar. Firm yet supple tannins, rich with great mouthfeel on a lingering finish ending with some earthy tones. Nice!

Tried this last week and enjoyed it while eating Steak Frites solo, at a hotel bar. Bought a bottle yesterday and had it with some pizza 🍕 delicious both times 👍🏻
