Macari
Katherine's Field North Fork Sauvignon Blanc
North Fork, Long Island, New York, USA
Lean, green, zippy, bright, moderate alcohol, perfect with roasted chicken stuffed with goat cheese, plus my dog comes from Macari, but no bias, it was great

Crisp, light nose with touches of flint and citrus. Rich, but fresh, crisp and juicy on the palate. Flavors of grapefruit, melon, lime and stone fruits lead to notes of lime pith, wet stone and a touch of smoke. The finish is filled with long lasting, crisp acidity and a touch of juicy citrus.
