Packaging - presentation - hype - nice heavy glass bottle. All very impressive. The whisky disappoints. Rare cask indeed. Rough, overly peated and not what one expects from Macallan. Expensive and Not Worth it.

The only candy with the cookie crunch .... And f'n rare scotch.

Can't complain when your sipping a little of this.

Wow. Epitome of a scotch.

Smooooooth

A brisk switch to grain. Butterscotch, dried dark fruits, sweet maltiness, adequate balance. Though a part of it sets me off, can't complain about much still.
