Pale yellow color with greenish tint. Floral on the nose with hints of slate. Fruity (peach and Asian pear) on the pallet with loads of minerality. Clean, well structured and refreshing. Pleasant surprise. Enjoyed at North Shore House pairing dinner on June 24, 2020.
