Dark blackcurrant colour with peppery berry nose though not too heavy. The taste echoes the nose but it is front of mouth and lacks the roundness i was expecting (no bottom!). Juicy acidity makes the mouth water. Opened up a little about an hour after being decanted (and much better after 2 hours) but really needs to go with food. Not bad but left me a little disappointed given it cost 45 euros.
