Night 1: Herbs on nose (thyme, lavender), initial sweet fruit, quickly followed by chewy soft tannins, then some meaty notes mixed with fleahy dark red fruit.
Night 3: Much more integrated. Herbs and sweet fruit on nose. Rich fruit on mouth, and significant, dusty tannins. Great acid. Meaty notes have subsided, unfortunately.
