Psarades Vineyard Dry Plyto
Getting tired with elevated and slightly browning color. Nose is still snappy and citric. Palate is a bit flat.

Dec 4th, 2022Lacks the mineral snap of the last bottle. Drink up? Maybe a younger vintage would be showing better.

Jul 11th, 2022As well made and satisfying as I remembered. Pours a pale yellow gold. Nose is a lemons, zest, oil, blossoms and wet stone. Medium plus body, fresh medium plus acid, dry. A great alternative to more reductive, minimally oaked Chardonnay.

Jul 21st, 2019A very rare Greek grape from Crete that was brought back from near extinction. Lemony. A well rounded and easy drinking white. Actually paired okay with steak. What can you do when it’s hot and swampy in Greece, drink red?
