Nose: blueberry flower. Some nice florality.
P: sweet blueberry. Silky. Moderately delicious. Mere hint bitter. Sweetness is a bit off putting.
Basically a well made Bourgogne rouge.

Interesting with even more age. Darker fruit. I think the best time to drink was the last time we had it but still excellent. Not necessarily something super special beyond their others and got more Pinot vs the Pinot for can drinkers

May 12th, 2025Big full bodied but still with balanced Pinot characteristics. Drank well with the age age and was a nice treat.

Red fruit, bright and dark cherry, strawberry, cranberry, menthol, watermelon, with long acid finish. High alcohol, high acid, but balanced and smooth.

Oct 12th, 2017This is a big, intense Pinot. The cherry and pomegranate flavors were accented by orange peel and cedar. Great length and depth. Great wine.

Jun 24th, 2017The nose shows intense cherry and pomegranate with baking spice accents. The palate is similarly intense, with cherry and well-balanced oak echoing through the midpalate. The silky mouthfeel and juicy acidity add to the allure. Should only get better with time.

Mar 12th, 2017This is delicious stuff....deep, rich nose of cherry liquor, sandalwood, cola....spicy rhubarb, light cedar, and strawberry pate de fruit flavors are well integrated, mouth filling, and lasting...as good or better than the KB bottlings Ive had from this vineyard...
