Fresh sage and eucalyptus in a glass! Deep ruby with garnet rim. Blackberry, black cherry, forest floor, mushroom, black licorice, black peppercorn, black olives, balsamic oil, sanguine, and chalkiness. High acidity with high chalky tannins, 15% abv, full body. Long savory/sanguine finish.

Wow. Delicious.

Was a little thin

Rustic tannins that smoothed over the years. Medium finish.

Powerful. Dark fruit and some chocolate in the palate

Tasted on opening. Yuuuuge as expected. Got it stuck in my teeth for 3+ minutes. Plums sand dust old books tobacco. Needs a ribeye and a cigar. No magic here, just a monster.

Good but not great on opening.
