Good serviceable red. Candied cherry fruit, bakers chocolate, slight Smokey tinge. A bit of RS on the palate. Smooth but rich. A stepping stone for the California Red blend drinker.

Very aggressive-lots of fruit up front... Morello cherry rushes right in. Lingering sweet barnyard-y flavors and some chewy tobacco. Thinking it needs way more decant time than I have it. Definitely not a pop-n-pour
