A nice Sangiovese! Nice spice, although others say fruit....dont get me wrong, the dried cherry is there, but I get great dark spice, old leather, round palate. I think it is strong enough for a salmon and chicken dish. This wine can age, but I enjoyed it now, so please take interest ;)
