Mar 6th, 2021The first wine of the trip turned out to be the best and the best find. Made from rescued old vines (80+ years?) this wine turned out massive depth of minerality along with fruit the kept evolving from bright citrus to warm stone fruits. I wish I could find this again!

Sep 15th, 20192016 Baga from Luis Gomes is more mineral than fruit at first, then the fruit opens up in the glass. Great with food, especially hearty seafood and lighter meats and chicken.
