Luis' top red cuvée from his oldest vines of Brancellao, Caiño Redondo, Caiño Longo and Ferrol. Unlike the "regular" A Torna Dos Pasas, the Escolma is aged in new and used French barriques for 1yr and bottle-aged for another 3 years.

Red and black tart berry fruit, backbone of fine tannins and Atlantic/granite minerality.

This is Spanish wine for Burgundy lovers. Amazing.

Expert blend of rare Spanish grapes showing youth and age at the same time.

Has a brick hue from a decade in bottle, youth and vibrancy to go another two or three.

Smells like strawberry fruit leather, and new glove leather, and cedar and blackberry. Tastes like macerated strawberry pulp.
