of academic interest. this bottle was undergoing another fermentation. reminded me of tasting a stuck fermentation rosé just beginning to tick again, but without the RS. follow this link: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stuck_fermentation

Has a slight effervescent quality. Is that a secondary fermentation? I'm not good at spotting those things but seems it might be but it's subtle and seems to have faded slightly over a couple hours. Otherwise this is a really interesting, different wine with a nice acid sweet balance. Really want to try another bottle but this stuff is hard to find!

Super wacky natural wine. I want to get it, but honestly it's pretty challenging for me. Opaque muddy pink color, super tang, vast disparity between nose and palate. Interesting to have something unique and the polar opposite of my usual taste. Structural quality and interest are there, curious stuff.
