Absolutely wonderful if aged CNdP is your thing. Fully into tertiary flavors. Cedar and tea with cherries and plum filling out the finish. Still some tannins so needs richness alongside. Drink with Epoisses.

Wine of the night. Enchanting nose of collapsed tannins, violets, soy sauce. Palate is gentle, refined, and complex. I agree with the reviewer who noted there is something of the Northern Rhône about this. Beautiful work. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 @Mary McWilliams Merry Christmas!
