Takes a while to open but then it gets pretty velvety. Dark fruit but mostly savory, earthy notes. Quite good.

GL Burgundy tasting 3/7/17. Only producer aging with no racking for 24 months and no sulfur. $132. Light red fruit and perfume on the nose. Really nice. Great balance and now on palate and long complex finish. Gee yum and is first wine of tasting! Says notes of saltines and rocks when rained.
