Stunning icy pear nose ..complex mineral almost steely taste ..an instant total favorite and a "must" collect ..a wine that beautifully sets up the taste buds for a mini "alone" feast which I'm having at Lung King Heen at the Four Seasons HK !! Better and better .. I love its youthful quite pure vigor ..

Golden yellow and clear.
Reticent nose when cold. Then oak, toast, honey and tropical scents.
Lush mouth feel, more rich than mineral. Lemon, pear. Great acid and good balance.
Could last another 5-10 years.
