Stunning icy pear nose ..complex mineral almost steely taste ..an instant total favorite and a "must" collect ..a wine that beautifully sets up the taste buds for a mini "alone" feast which I'm having at Lung King Heen at the Four Seasons HK !! Better and better .. I love its youthful quite pure vigor ..
