A bit too acidic but tart, bright, red fruits.
My favorite type of arbois expression.

Lovely, red crunchy fruit. Pale ruby, translucent. Has subtle soil tones, a pure wine. Good balancing acidity but has a lovely sweetness to it as well. Round, but low alcohol. This did not change appreciably over three nights.
