Probably too young to pop, but the tightness will keep me from chugging the bottle in one sitting! Cherry jolly ranchers have been wrapped and fried in fava beans. (In other words it reminds me of an amazing fried Halibut dish at a D.C. omakase restaurant that was also wrapped in fava beans). But, no, there's nothing fishy about this. And yes, funky wines deserve a funky tasting note. Cheers! 🍷
