Boring Chardonnay. Maybe I'm too tired to drink this now. Someday I should revisit.

2021 is an excellent light, dry white but not grapefruit like a Sauvignon bland - super smooth - perfect for summer sipping.

Tart and tight like a sauv blanc but with the nose and palate of a Chardonnay. Lacks depth and interest, for me. Though we had it with fish which is probably the best pairing. Or maybe a really sharp creamy cheese like a Stilton.
