Interesting wine. Very mineral and notes of green apple and grapefruit. Definitely notice it's a cava grape

Waxy, acid finish, a bit shapeless though

I’ve had Loxarel’s sparkling Cava many times (great value sparkling), but this is my first taste of the still Xarel-lo. Aged in amphora clay, it is clean and direct with floral base aromas of peach and pear. Very stringent lingering acidity with flavors of green apple and lemon. Strong pithy chalky finish.

Herbs, crushed stones, Salt and a bit Grapefruit juice. Like a fresh sea breeze.

Flinty, smokey crisp white, really nice and balanced
