Blend of 70% Pinot Noir & 30% Chardonnay. Founded in 1776, Reims France, rare family owned company, still managed by Roederer family. In 1833, Louis Roederer inherited company his uncle & renamed company under his namesake. Medium lemon with fresh fruit aromas, nice mousse, rapid bubbles and yeasty notes. On the palate flavors of citrus, raspberry & toasty apple, crisp & refreshing, long finish ending with lemon, smoke & toasty yeasty mineral notes. Nice!

I was expecting this to be overrated but it was excellent. The palate was lite it went down smooth. I could drink this all night.
