Very smooth, full berry flavor, a bit on the sweet side though.

Dark ruby in color with a short purple rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, cherries, vanilla, earth, wood, spices, peppercorn, green herbs, cloves, graphite, light vinaigrette and black pepper.

Medium plus in body and smooth with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, plums, cherries, currants, oak, spices, earth, light vegetables, pencil lead and peppercorn.

Medium minus on the finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from California is drinkable, but nothing special. Spicy with mild complexity and a soft mouthfeel. Balanced, but a bit harsh on the ending.

I've had it many times before and I still can't get into it πŸ˜ƒ

13.8% alcohol by volume.
