The 2015 of this wine was a favorite as I could find in locally! Picked up this 2016 after work today to see how it compares. This wine has loads of black fruit, licorice, clove, vanilla medium bodied; and at this point soft tannins. A very nice Cabernet; just missing the "wow" factor of previous vintage.

Great expression of Cabernet from Alexander Valley. Needed to open up, but once it did it was a solid Cabernet! Medium bodied and balanced.
