Aged for about 10 months in French oak (50% new), medium toasted. Pale lemon with complex aromas of fruit, crisp toast and sweet spice. On the palate plenty of fruit, mango and apple with some citrus and nutty notes, fresh and delicious with mineral tones on the lingering finish. Very Nice, put a bottle in the cellar for a few years!
