Aged for about 8 months in stainless steel. Light yellow with complex nose of fruit and spice. On the palate, crisp apple and yeasty mineral tones with a very light touch of citrus. Nice acidity and balance ending with lemon notes. Very Enjoyable, nice value! Tasting Sample!
