Another fine selection from Louis Latour!! Subtle, pleasant not too fruity or oaky.

Oak-y without being overly buttery. A bit much for the sushi we were eating but tasty. Much more drinkable than that Butter stuff I was buying for a while. Haha

Oak, stone fruit, and flint. Simple but nice acidity for food.
