Aged Chablis for a change. Bright gold color with scents of pineapple, citrus and chalk. Bright acidity all over the pallet with hints of star fruit and quince. Bone dry and light bodied with a luxurious mouthfeel and a lingering finish. Love aged value wine, great save!

Had a delicious piri piri chicken at lunch and couldn't help order sthg by the glass. I wish I had picked something that would lift the taste of the food though... This is just a very ordinary Chablis, best drunk by the pool...
