Tasted from a magnum. Bright straw gold color. Aromas and flavors of green apple, unripe pear, tart apricot, almonds/hazelnuts, white flowers, dried herbs and a slight note of honey. A touch of buttery pastry and minerals on the very clean finish. Reasonable balance of acidity and alcohol. Solid wine. Thanks for sharing this one with everyone, Kase!
