I’ve never had a bad Bouzeron. Great quality even for this relatively cheap version. High acids balanced by red and tropical fruit aromas, a slight sweetness, and salinity in an elegant mouth-watering style—and with anise and beets on the finish.

Mar 11th, 20222015 vintage. Baked apple, lemon peel, green almond, pie crust, dusty white rocks, mild floral notes. Exhibits more phenolic bitterness and acid than the standard white Burgundies. Oak is there, but not obtrusive. Good length and complexity.
